Reedshore Credit is not a lender: the path of a funding request
Reedshore Credit does not lend money, buy receivables or make funding decisions. A request that arrives by phone or through the form is talked through on a call and then passed to partner lenders and funding providers that offer the product in question. Each partner runs its own review.
A partner sets the amount, the rate or factor, and the term
The funding partner, not Reedshore Credit, decides whether there is an offer at all. When there is one, the partner sets the amount, the rate (for a merchant cash advance, the factor), the term, the payment schedule and every cost written into its agreement. Reedshore Credit cannot set or change any of those, no page on this site is a quote, and the business can decline any offer it receives.
Sending the Reedshore Credit form is not a credit application
The request form collects contact details and three ranges, and a call about the purchase follows; neither of those amounts to applying for credit. Any application is the partner's own document, presented after its review begins, and the partner may check the business's credit and the owner's as part of that review.
How a merchant cash advance differs from the five other products here
Equipment financing, working capital loans, business term loans, lines of credit and inventory financing are loans or financing with a rate and a term. A merchant cash advance is not a loan: a funding provider buys a share of the business's future card sales and collects it as a holdback on those sales until the agreed total, set by the factor, has been collected.
